Crabmee reserves the right to limit or deny any returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. Please ensure you review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction. If you have any questions or concerns prior to buying, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help!
If a mistake was made on our part, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at info@crabmee.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the incorrect item(s) are required, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued.
To be eligible for a return, you must first email us at info@crabmee.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
All merchandise must be returned in its original selling condition, including all original packaging, tags, and labels.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be refused.
