We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please review the details below regarding our shipping process:


Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We offer a flat shipping rate of $7 for standard delivery, and free shipping on orders over $55. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to shipping conditions or transit delays.


Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, feel free to contact us, we may be able to make arrangements.

 

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend first checking with your local post office or delivery carrier. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

If there are any damages, please email us at info@crabmee.com within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos of all damaged items and the original packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Please note that a minor packaging flaw that does not affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
