Please note that our regular free shipping offer for orders over $55 does not apply to preorder items. Preorder shipping rates are calculated separately at checkout.
Customers selecting shipping are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and up to date. If your shipping address changes before your preorder arrives, please contact us as soon as possible so we can update your order before fulfillment.
Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified once their pre-order is ready. Pickup orders must be collected within the hold period stated in the notification. Orders not picked up within that timeframe may be subject to cancellation and restocking fees.
Combining preorder and in-stock items
Pre-order items should be placed in a separate order from in-stock items.
If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, fulfillment may be delayed until all items are available, or additional shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Because preorder items are reserved specifically in advance, preorders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded after the preorder deadline has passed.
Manufacturer / Distributor Changes
In rare cases, manufacturers or distributors may make changes to a product or be unable to fulfill an item.
